1st Team Home Care was founded with a simple purpose: to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized in-home care that allows individuals to live safely and comfortably in the place they call home.
Our leadership is backed by decades of experience in home healthcare operations, business development, care coordination, and community partnerships. We work alongside a network of experienced healthcare professionals and consultants—including nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, specialists, and other care professionals—to ensure clients have access to the knowledge, guidance, and resources needed to support their individual care goals.
