Payment and Insurance

1st Team Home Care may accept:

  • Direct private payment

  • Authorized auto insurance payments

  • Eligible long-term care insurance benefits

  • Medicaid based insurance programs

Acceptance of insurance-related payment is subject to verification of coverage, authorization, documentation, applicable agreements, and approval by 1st Team Home Care.

With the client’s permission, our team may communicate with other authorized members of the care team,including but not limited to:

  • Case managers
  • Physicians and healthcare providers
  • Rehabilitation professionals
  • Therapists
  • Attorneys
  • Insurance representatives
